NOTES: Please allow enough time to complete your transaction prior to closing time. For sales, if you wish to pick up a vehicle this means you need to arrive at least 1/2 hour before closing. If you are applying for financing please allow at least an hour and a half if you want to get the machine that same day. For service drop-offs and pick-ups please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to close. Also on Friday afternoons Hoosick Street is very busy, you should add 20-30 minutes to your travel time, even more when there is a Monday holiday following that Friday. Our staff rotates through lunch from noon until 2:00. Wait times will most likely be longer during lunch, especially for the service department when the service writer is at lunch (usually from noon until 1:00).Finally, on Saturdays you will find between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM to be the busiest time of the week, please plan accordingly.
